Veneration of mothers caring for children with cancer

 

Today we bring the most beautiful congratulations to all mothers, but especially to those who fight day by day with their cubs try the most odious disease-cancer.

For these mothers, the day of March 8 carries a special connotation, because involuntarily awakens their instinct to protect, defend and secure from all that is bad. That's how we know them – fighters, capable of overturning mountains, drying seas and stopping winds to see their children healed.

They sacrifice their lives, their careers, sometimes their other children and husbands. They learn to become for their sick children nurses, when the child's medical condition requires it; psychologist when they have to raise their spirits broken by pain and treatments; teacher when the child in treatment must continue their studies, and doctors forbid attending school or contact with teachers; a chef when the child needs to provide a variety of food and special diets; pharmacists who know how to handle hundreds of names of medications to help them with treatment.; and the list goes on. They are the most inverse advocates of their children, putting the happiness and health of their offspring above all else. They are transformed, changed, reborn women, who have changed their priorities and values and for whom every day of life after the diagnosis of their children is filled with a different meaning.

We bow down to the ground before you, dear mothers fighters! We wish you health, wonderful moments with your cubs, soul power to lead the fight to the glorious end!
